My first time having poke, and honestly, my best experience at this place—everything was delicious, and above all, the staff were very friendly.

Based on the reviews, I was really excited to try this place. The service was okay. We've never eaten at a place like this so the cashier did get a bit of an attitude which was not okay with my fiancee so he paid for my meal and refused to eat there. The food was very bland. Such a huge let down. The second star is for the kimchi sauce that she couldn't quite explain to me but it was really good. Other than that, it wasn't worth the stop honestly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing! This was my first visit, and I will definitely be back. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions about the ingredients and oils they use, which is very important to me. I was happy to learn they don't use canola oil anywhere in the restaurant. I ordered a medium build-your-own bowl with steak, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and high quality. The staff's recommendations were spot on, and they helped me create the perfect bowl. The food was so good that I couldn't even wait until I got home. I ate the whole thing in the car! If you're looking for fresh, healthy, and delicious poke with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Build Yo Poke. The entire team made my experience exceptional, and they've definitely earned a loyal customer!

My wife and I visited for the first time and had never tried a poke bowl place before, so we weren’t really sure how ordering worked. The man behind the counter was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience amazing. He even made us a sample bowl so we could see how everything was put together, explained how to order, and let us try it first. He gave great suggestions based on what we like and what flavors work well together, which made us feel much more confident ordering. He was smiling, happy, and genuinely friendly the entire time, and his customer service was outstanding. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and way better than we expected. The store was also very clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if it’s your first time trying poke bowls!

I got a medium poke bowl, which comes with two scoops of protein. I personally found it to be a perfect balance because it allowed a piece of your protein in each bite. The employee was so, so nice. If you want your bowl to be spicy, add spicy furikake at the end; it has actual heat to it. They have a military/police discount, and you can double-dip on discounts from Clover rewards and the military discount.
